We will be holding the 4th annual Buckeye Woodcarving Roundup July 23-27, 2014 in Piqua, Ohio. Piqua is located on Interstate 75 approximately 25 miles from Dayton, Ohio. The roundup will be held at POOR FARMERS CAMPGROUND 7211 LOSTCREEK-SHELBY RD.,FLETCHER , OHIO 45326. CAMPING AVAILABLE FOR $23.00 PER NIGHT. CONTACT THE CAMPGROUND FOR RESERVATIONS 937-368-2449 or http://www.poorfarmerrvs.com/ THERE ARE ALSO MOTELS AVAILABE WITHIN 7 MILES OF THE CAMPGROUND. There will be daily mini-workshops on a first come basis, sign-up is not necessary for sessions, you can join any workshop at any time on any day, oppurtunity to try out the many different types of carving. All instructions are totally free but there is a cost for workshop supplies.
DIRECTIONS: From the north or south take I-75 to exit 82 go East about 7 miles to east side of Fletcher, Ohio. Turn right on Lostcreek-Shelby Rd. The price for this roundup is $15 per carver for advance reservations (closing date for advanced reservations is June 30, 2014) and $20 at the door. This price will cover the 5 days. Parking will be $1.00 per car.
